Shipping & Returns


Local deliveries are utilising the TT-Post Couriers service for Trinidad and Tobago. Single items over 25kg cannot be shipped with TT-Post Couriers. Items over 25kg are using our own delivery service. All items purchased online are delivered free of charge to any location in Trinidad within 48-72 hours.

We currently do not deliver any shipments outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund.

If you need to return an item, our online Info Center at (Contact Us) will guide you through the returns process and provide you with all nessesary information need.

Also for a faster return process visit one of our Branches (see Our Stores) with your online Invoice and receipt, also with the item, in the same condition as listed above, and you will be able to make a full refund or exchange according to our In Store Returns policies.
